- Donald Brown was recognized in the TOP TEN Kentucky Super Lawyers for 2009.  This recognition is given to the Top 10 lawyers in the entire state of Kentucky in all areas of practice. 

- Donald Brown, Gerald Toner and James Grohmann were recognized in the Top 50 Kentucky Super Lawyers for 2009.  This recognition is given to the Top 50 lawyers in the entire state of Kentucky in all areas of practice. 

- Donald Brown, Gerald Toner, Christopher O'Bryan and James Grohmann were recognized as Super Lawyers in Kentucky for the field of Personal Injury Defense: Medical Malpractice. 

- David Strite was recognized as a Super Lawyer in Kentucky for the field of Insurance Coverage.

Gerald Toner wrote the article, "The Roots and Inception of the Oral History Project" which was featured in the May 2009 issue of Bench and Bar.  Click here to read the article about the book Gerry co-edited, Kentucky  Lawyers Speak: Oral History From Those Who Lived It.  He also presented the book to the Kentucky Bar Association at the annual convention this year, as seen in the picture below.

Tracy Prewitt has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society consisting of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.
