Andie Brent Camden is an experienced trial and appellate attorney representing clients throughout the state of Kentucky in complex civil litigation.  His practice is currently centered on defending malpractice claims against medical providers and other professionals.  He also works on civil litigation filed against banking institutions.  In addition, he has experience in defending worker’s compensation claims against companies of all sizes and uses his prior experience with the Kentucky Court of Appeals and  6th Circuit Court of Appeals to handle appellate matters in negligence and insurance coverage dispute cases.

Significant representation:

• Successfully defended several health-care providers through trial by jury.

• Successfully defended an out of state bank in various lawsuits through summary judgment and trial.

• Successfully defended Kentucky employers from workers' compensation allegations on numerous occasions.
