Benjamin J. Weigel

 

Ben Weigel represents clients in various litigation in Kentucky state and federal courts.   His practice includes defense of physicians and hospitals in medical negligence claims and the defense of general civil liability claims.  Ben is a native of Somerset, Kentucky.  He did his undergraduate studies at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and attended law school at the University of Louisville.  He was a summer associate at O’Bryan, Brown and Toner for two summers during law school.
