Katherine Kerns Vesely is an associate representing a wide variety of clients in matters of complex civil litigation throughout Kentucky and Indiana. Her practice is currently focused on defending professional negligence claims against physicians, health care providers, hospitals, lawyers and other licensed professionals.  Additionally, she has experience in appellate practice and personal injury litigation.
