Melissa Calabrese is an associate representing a wide variety of clients in matters of civil litigation throughout Kentucky and Indiana.  Her practice is focused on defending professional negligence claims against physicians, hospitals, attorneys, and other licensed professionals, and defending personal injury and bad faith claims.  Additionally, she has experience in appellate practice.

• Successfully defended healthcare professionals in litigation, including through trial by jury.

• Negotiated favorable settlements on behalf of business owners in premises liability cases. 

• Recently secured a summary judgment ruling on behalf of a small business owner in a premises liability case.
